Enter the confirmation code listed on the invitation you received and your ZIP code.
Click on Continue to offer to complete the process.

You have to notice that the creditor and issuer of these cards are pursuant to separate licenses from Visa U.S.A. Inc and American Express. And the information you provide is secure and will remain private.
