Receive a survey invitation to access the survey online.
The employees, officers, representatives, and the immediate families of Peet’s Coffee and SMG cannot take part in the drawing contest.

There are two ways to participate in the Peet’s Coffee & Tea Sweepstakes: online and mail-in entry. If you have the survey invitation and all the above eligibilities mentioned above, you can take the online survey.

Select your order placing type: at the coffee bar or Peet’s app.
Choose how you received your order.

Rate your overall satisfaction and select the items you purchased. Check all that apply.
Thus, finish all the survey questions recalling your last Peet’s Coffee experience and leave your comment.
In the end, enter your contact information i.e. name, email, and phone number to receive a free entry to the corresponding draw.

Peet’s Customer Survey Sweepstakes by Mail

The customers with no valid receipt or survey invitation from Peet’s Coffee can also take part in the Peet’s Coffee & Tea Sweepstakes via mail. For that, all you need to do is hand-print your name, address, day and night phone number, and age on a 3” × 5” card. Place the letter in a standard business-size #10 envelope and send it to the following mailing address with sufficient postage.

4 Grand Prizes and 12 First Prizes are available to win throughout the sweepstakes period. Each grand prize consists of a $500 Peet’s Coffee Gift Card and each first prize valued at a $100 Peet’s Coffee Gift Card.

The total prize pool of a Peet’s Coffee & Tea Sweepstakes is $3200.

Peet’s Guest Survey & Sweepstakes:

Regardless of entry method, you can participate in the sweepstakes contest once per entry period.
Entries will not carry over in the subsequent entry period.
The first prize winners will be selected in 12 monthly random drawings.
Each monthly draw will be conducted on or about the fifth day of the following entry period to select one First Prize Winner.
The 4 Grand Prize Winners will be selected in 4 quarterly random drawings.
The winners must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim his or her prize.
