- Visit the survey site printed on the Giant Tiger survey invitation. Or, go to www.survey.gianttiger.com
- Click on your preferred language between English and French.
- Enter the Transaction Number, Store Number, Till Number, and Visit Date from your Giant Tiger receipt in their fields. (If you have a problem locating the info on your receipt, check the example indicating all the required details on the sample receipt image). The info will ensure your review makes it back to that Giant Tiger store owner or manager you visited.
- Click on the red “Enter” button to begin the survey.
- Complete and submit the survey as per your experience with Giant Tiger.
- Enter a valid email address and other required information you will be asked for.
If you complete the survey successfully, you will get one entry into the draw for the applicable Monthly Entry Period of GiantTiger Customer Experience Sweepstakes.

Have not received any survey invitation from Giant Tiger? Still, you can take part in the Giant Tiger Customer Experience Sweepstakes by mail if you are an eligible person.
In this entry, you do not need to make any purchase or completing any survey. You just have to hand-write the sentence “Please enter me in the Giant Tiger Customer Experience Survey 2021 Contest for a chance to win one $500.00 Giant Tiger gift card” on an original letter. Include your first name, last name, full address, telephone number, and email address in it. And mail the request in an envelope with sufficient postage to the following address.

12 prizes, each consisting of a $500 Giant Tiger Gift Card, are available to win during the entire contest period.
The approximate retail value of all prizes is $6000 in Canadian dollars.
Giant Tiger Customer Survey Sweepstakes:
- The participation limit is one contest entry during each Monthly Entry Period.
- No carry forward for the non-winning entries to the subsequent period.
- Mail-in entry contestants will be entered in the Draw by the sponsor for the applicable monthly period.
- One random drawing will be conducted within 15 days following the conclusion of each month’s entry period.
- The potential winners will be notified within 3 days by email or telephone after the draw and they must respond within 14 days of that notification.
- The selected participant must respond to within 3 business days of the notification to be a verified winner and claim the prize.
- Within approx 8 weeks after the end of a Monthly Entry Period, the prize will be delivered to the verified winner.
